Moringa for Love CEO Patrick Chou Brings Relief to Nepal Flood Victims

|

Kathmandu, Nepal / Dr.Patrick Chou, CEO of Moringa for Love, has once again demonstrated his deep humanitarian commitment to Nepal by travelling to Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading to support communities affected by the devastating floods and landslides. Accompanied by Dr. Dil Bahadur Tamang, Dr. Chou has reached out directly to affected families and joined relief efforts on the ground.

The humanitarian team has provided essential relief materials to disaster-affected communities, including solar lights, tents, rice and other urgently needed supplies. These basic necessities are particularly important for families who have been displaced, lost their homes or are facing difficult living conditions after the disaster.
For Dr. Patrick Chou, this is not his first humanitarian response in Nepal. He has previously supported communities affected by the devastating Jajarkot earthquake, demonstrating that his relationship with Nepal extends beyond a single relief mission. His return to Nepal during another major disaster reflects a continuing commitment to stand with Nepali people when they are facing hardship.
Through Moringa for Love, Dr. Chou has worked internationally 26 countries to promote moringa for better nutrition, food security, community development and environmental sustainability. However, his humanitarian work also extends beyond Moringa. His response to disasters shows his belief in providing immediate assistance to people who lose access to basic necessities such as food, shelter, and electricity.

In Rasuwa, Dr. Chou has chosen to see the situation firsthand, meet affected people and help deliver practical support.

His humanitarian journey from supporting earthquake affected communities in Jajarkot to now standing beside flood victims in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading, has become a meaningful example of international solidarity with Nepal. His actions demonstrate that genuine friendship is not measured only by words, but by the willingness to stand beside people when they need help most.

Dr. Dil Bahadur Tamang has supported the current relief mission alongside Dr. Chou, contributing to the effort to reach affected communities. Their cooperation demonstrates the value of partnership between international humanitarian initiatives and Nepali organizations.
At a time when Nepal is struggling to recover from devastating floods and landslides, the relief provided by Dr. Patrick Chou and Moringa for Love has brought practical assistance and a message of hope to affected families.
Nepal sincerely thanks Dr. Patrick Chou and Moringa for Love for standing with the people of Nepal not only with words of sympathy but with food, shelter, lighting and essential supplies when they are needed most.
