Gajendra Malla is a hospitality professional and educator with 15+ years of experience across hospitality management, hotel and restaurant operations, marketing, vocational education, and gastronomy tourism.

A graduate in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, India, with a Master’s degree in Travel and Tourism from Delhi, India, he has built a diverse career spanning FMCG marketing, hospitality operations, and senior management.

Throughout his professional journey, he has served in various leadership positions, including Operations Manager and General Manager of hotels and cafés, International Coordinator of the Gastronomy Tourism Association of Nepal, and Hotel Management Coordinator at CTEVT. His experience combines international hospitality exposure, business development, operational leadership, team training, and hospitality education.

Currently, he takes on the role of General Manager at Black Gold Restaurant, operating at Durbar Marg and Sanepa International Club, Kathmandu. Black Gold specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, offering authentic flavours prepared with quality ingredients and a commitment to 100% Halal food standards. Its concept brings together Mediterranean culinary traditions, international dining experiences, and quality hospitality service.
