Kathmandu / World Book of Records has honored senior Nepali photojournalist Pradeep Raj Onta with a Certificate of Excellence.

The recognition was awarded for his significant contribution to promoting Nepal’s social, political, cultural, and tourism sectors.

Onta received the honor during the 20th International Summit and Awards Ceremony held in Kathmandu on April 30, 2026.

With over two decades of experience, Onta currently serves as a senior photojournalist at the National News Agency (RSS) and is also the Central President of the National Photojournalists Group Nepal. He has previously received several national and international awards for his work in photojournalism.
