Narainapur(Banke) / A one day health awareness program was successfully conducted at a school in Narainapur Matehiya under the “Moringa for Love” campaign. The program provided important information to the local community about basic health knowledge and emergency response measures.

The chief speaker, Dr. Patrick Chou, CEO of “Moringa for Love,” delivered training on emergency healthcare. He demonstrated how to perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) on an unconscious person and explained what to do if food or another object gets stuck in the throat. Participants were also given hands on practice using a training dummy.

Similarly environmentalist Hement Raj Kaphale shared insights on the health benefits of Moringa (locally known as Sitalchini). He highlighted its nutritional value, its role in boosting immunity, and its positive impact on overall health when consumed regularly.
The program was organized and managed by youth social worker Binay Dixit. It was also attended by a Chinese volunteer, Muxi, adding an international dimension to the event.
With active participation from local residents, students and stakeholders, the program significantly contributed to raising health awareness in the community. Organizers believe that such initiatives will play a vital role in promoting health education, especially in rural areas.
