Nepalgunj / On the occasion of its third anniversary, Sahayatri Nepal successfully organized a blood donation program at the Provincial Blood Transfusion Center located at Bheri Hospital, Banke. A total of 29 volunteers participated in the program by donating blood.
The program was organized with the objective of preventing treatment difficulties caused by blood shortages.

Sahayatri Nepal President Rhitik Shahi stated that such initiatives are essential as part of social responsibility to ensure the easy availability of life-saving blood. Speaking at the program held under the slogan “Donate Blood, Save Lives,” Senior Technical Officer of the Nepal Red Cross Society Provincial Blood Transfusion Center, Banke, Upendra Regmi, said the event effectively delivered the message that even a single drop of blood can save a precious life.

The program received technical support from the Nepal Red Cross Society Provincial Blood Transfusion Center, Banke, including Som Sapkota and Sunil Pulami Magar. Sahayatri Nepal honored all participating blood donors by providing certificates of appreciation in recognition of their valuable contribution to this noble cause.
Sahayatri Nepal has been actively working for the past three years in Banke district in the fields of human rights, child rights, and women’s rights.
